meredith of her sheepish knit crochet tumblr has tons of beautiful inspiration! it's amazing the stuff she finds. while these aren't necessarily patterns, it gives you beautiful, fashionable ways to wear knits you may already have...or gives you ideas to seek out new patterns - or create your own!
zlaika is another tumblr choc full of great things, mostly knitterly. again, tons of inspiration from a wide range of knitting sources.
and of course, ravelry is the go-to source for inspiration AND patterns. there's always the knits in fashion group, which I don't think always has the best fashionable projects listed, but the discussion board is pretty on-target and active. also, here are some of my favorite fashionable ravelers. i'm constantly following what they're making, favoriting and queuing up.
