i found this rug on craftzine, and think i need it to live. it's made by these folks over at flock. where would one go about getting yarn the size of your arm?? and needles the size of pool cues? i don't even know if i have a space big enough in my apartment to even execute this thing. i love the cables though...I thought about making it out of t-shirts that have been cut into strips but not sure how well the cables would stick out?
is there anyone who spins their own yarn who could make yarn this big??
