i originally saw some of these little crochet skulls in a gallery/store in soho and searched the internet to come up with a pattern. the pattern came from the craftivity book from the folks over at supernaturale.com, and this skull was pretty much the entire reason i bought the book. the designer, diane bromberg, also makes these gigantic 5' crochet skulls out of nautical rope.
