as summer is winding down, i wanted to post a super easy recipe i recently came across of ice cream made from....bananas. i ended up customizing it a bit.
Ingredients:
* bananas* splash of milk
* bit of vanilla extract
* toppings — chocolate, berries, etc
Peel, slice and cut your bananas, then freeze them for a few hours. Take them out, blend them together with a tiny bit of milk + vanilla extract. top with the extras. you’re done!

I make this all the time, it's so good! try adding some cocoa powder for chocolate, or a handful of chocolate chips. Amazing!
