i'm soooo sticking to my goal of finishing up an old project before moving on to a new one. this is a scarf i started (and actually finished) so long ago...but never blocked it and never photographed it. with my new blocking wires, i was antsy to use them and brought them out to finally finish this one.
pattern: old shale scarf
yarn: knit picks gloss, 2 skeins
needles: US 6
my ravelry project: feather and fan scarf
and.....also, i finished seaming up my wool booties, and i'm currently finishing up my rainy day socks. so you can expect to see some progress on those soon!

I love how delicate it looks. Nice job! I didn't see you had an Etsy shop before...off to check it out!
Beautiful! Oh, and I totally hear you on the finishing one project before tackling another - something I definitely need to work on!
It's beautiful, I love the little details you see when you look closer! Better than ones I see in shops I say!! xx
Oooo - I like. The pattern is really lovely in black.
And you deserve a pat on the back for finishing things! I usually finish right away, but then don't photograph/blog for ev errrr.
Gorgeous! Oh, I so need to stick to finishing something before moving on to the next project, she says, as 3 projects are currently on her needles! Oops!
Thanks for stopping by my blog!

I'm in the same boat as Beth- i have way too much unfinished business, haha. and what's worst, i just ordered yarn to start a new project...
cute scarf, and i love the lace socks! They would be perfect with those 'mens wear' type shoes J.Crew is always sporting :) next on the knit list...socks.
Ohh scarfs. How I miss them already. Today it was over 90 degrees here.
I love the delicate pattern in the scarf. The black is so versatile too! ~Val
